Sense of Safety Study
Seeking Volunteer Participants
ABOUT The study
Led by Mark Schneider, this four-week workshop will study how establishing a sense of ease and safety may help you decrease your pain perception, improve your sleep, shed light on your food choices, and clarify your decision-making.
Study Format
November 6th through December 3rd
We will send each participant an introductory video explaining several foundational ideas we will be exploring.
- Week 1: Decrease pain perception
- Week 2: Illuminate food choices
- Week 3: Improve sleep
- Week 4: Clarify decision making
On Sunday of each week, we will send the participant a video with the premise for the week, as well as a worksheet to guide them through the exercises of the week. You will also receive a mid-week check-in and at the end of the week, be asked to complete a feedback form.
Cost: Participation is free of charge.
